The eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni is an automated robotic vacuum and mopping appliance paired with a multi-function Omni Station. According to eufy Australia, the vacuum generates up to 8,000 Pa of suction power alongside dual rotating mop pads that operate at 180 RPM with 1 kg of downward pressure. Room navigation relies on iPath LiDAR, while an AI.See RGB camera and integrated LED headlight detect low-profile obstacles. The docking base empties the robot's onboard dustbin into a 2.5-litre dust bag, replenishes water from a 3-litre clean tank, washes dirty pads, and dries them using 45°C heated air.
Who it suits
According to retailer and manufacturer specifications, the X10 Pro Omni suits households with mixed hard flooring and low-pile rugs looking to reduce routine cleaning maintenance. Pet owners may benefit from the roller brush's active Pro-Detangle Comb, which eufy states cuts and clears wrapped hair automatically. Homes with floor transitions up to 21 mm can take advantage of the chassis clearance, while an automated 12 mm mop-lift system raises wet pads over standard carpet.
However, households with plush or high-pile carpets may find the 12 mm lift insufficient to stop wet mop pads from brushing pile, requiring manual no-mop exclusion zones in the companion app. Furthermore, because the mop pads are fixed underneath and do not swing outward toward walls, a narrow unmopped strip remains along baseboards. Users looking for home monitoring should also note that the camera hardware is restricted to obstacle detection and cannot provide live surveillance streams.
Australian notes
Stock supplied by authorised Australian retailers includes a standard Australian three-pin 230V plug designed for local 220–240V AC, 50/60 Hz power points. Eufy provides a 12-month limited warranty on RoboVac products in Australia, alongside standard consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Smart-home integration is supported for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, though there is no native compatibility with Apple Home, Matter, or Samsung SmartThings. Official Home Assistant support is absent, leaving users reliant on unsupported community integrations. Wi-Fi connectivity is limited strictly to 2.4 GHz bands. Homes using dual-band mesh routers may need to temporarily pause the 5 GHz band during initial device pairing. All scheduling, multi-floor mapping, and obstacle settings remain functional without any subscription fees.
