NARWAL Freo 20 Edge Robot Vacuum and Mop

Features and specifications in this description are as the brand describes them.

Overview

The NARWAL Freo 20 Edge is a robot vacuum and mop that combines suction with a self-cleaning track mop system. It delivers 31,000Pa suction and uses a 10.5-inch track mop that extends beyond the body to reach edges and corners. The unit measures 35.1 by 36.3 by 9.5 centimetres and weighs 4.9 kilograms.

It is designed for households with hard floors and carpets, particularly those dealing with pet hair, kitchen spills and everyday dust. The all-in-one dock handles mop washing, dust emptying and warm-air drying, while the robot navigates using rear dToF LiDAR and structured light sensors. The mop lifts automatically when carpet is detected.

Key features

• FlowWash track mop system: the brand says 16 nozzles spray clean water onto a rotating track mop that applies 12 N of pressure, with a built-in scraper removing residual dirt and recycling dirty water in real time.
• DualFlow tangle-free design: a floating roller brush and auto-reversing side brush are listed to guide long hair and pet fur into the dustbin without tangling, handling strands up to 15.7 inches.
• Edge and corner cleaning: the side brush reverses to sweep inside corners, while the track mop extends 1.9 inches beyond the body to reach baseboards and furniture legs.
• All-in-one dock: the manufacturer states the dock empties dust into a 2.5-litre bag lasting up to 120 days, rinses the mop with warm-air drying, and flushes its own pipes and tanks.
• Obstacle detection and navigation: rear dToF LiDAR and dual structured light sensors are listed to scan rooms and plan paths around objects, with a low 9.5-centimetre profile for under-furniture access.
• Automatic mop lifting: the mop lifts 12 millimetres when carpet is detected, with the brand offering Boost, Cross, Avoid and Vacuum-Only strategies to keep carpets dry.
