NARWAL Freo 20 Robot Vacuum & Mop with 31,000Pa Turbo Suction

Features and specifications in this description are as the brand describes them.

Overview

The Narwal Freo 20 is a robot vacuum and mop that combines high-power suction with a track-style mopping system. It is designed for households with carpets and hard floors, particularly those dealing with pet hair, kitchen spills and everyday debris. The unit operates via app or voice control and returns to a self-maintenance dock that handles mop washing, drying, dust storage and water refilling.

The robot uses dual-camera navigation to recognise over 300 household objects and avoid obstacles during cleaning. Its low-profile design allows it to fit under furniture and cross raised thresholds, while the dock provides up to 120 days of dust storage and hot-air drying for the mop.

Key features

• FlowWash track mop system: the brand says the wide track mop is rinsed through 16 nozzles during cleaning, with dirty water extracted in real time to reduce recirculation, and offers seven times the contact area of traditional roller mops.
• 31,000Pa suction with zero-tangle brushes: Narwal lists 31,000Pa suction for lifting pet hair, litter and dust, paired with a DualFlow brush design that the brand says achieves zero per cent tangle rates, independently verified by SGS.
• Hot-water mopping and pressure: the robot is listed with 140°F hot-water mopping to help loosen grease, combined with 12N downward pressure for scrubbing tough spills and stains.
• Dual-camera obstacle avoidance: the NarMind Pro system uses dual cameras to navigate around clutter and recognise household objects.
• Comprehensive dock functions: the self-maintenance dock provides hot-water mop washing up to 212°F, hot-air drying, automatic tank refilling, simultaneous wash and charge, and a replaceable debris filter.
• Whole-home navigation: the brand says the unit crosses thresholds up to 1.57 inches, fits under furniture with a 3.74-inch height, and cleans corners with an edge distance under 0.19 inches.
