NARWAL Freo X Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

Features and specifications in this description are as the brand describes them.

Overview

The NARWAL Freo X Ultra is a robot vacuum and mop combination designed to handle both hard floors and carpets with minimal user intervention. It is suited to households with pets and children. The unit works with an included docking station that the brand says automatically washes, dries and refills the mop heads, then cleans and dries itself, and the system is controlled via app.

The robot is listed with 8,200 Pa suction and uses what the brand calls a Zero Tangling Brush—a conical brush on a single floating arm that is stated to pass hair and pet fur directly into the dust bag. NARWAL says the design is SGS and TÜV certified with a zero per cent tangle rate and 99.5 per cent hair removal. The mop heads use what the manufacturer describes as a Rouleaux design that applies 12 N of pressure and spins at 180 RPM, and the brand says AI DirtSense technology detects when floors are clean.
